How we work
A price before we start
You get the callout fee and the expected work cost up front. If the job changes on site, we stop and re-quote.
Proof of authority required
We ask everyone for ID and evidence you are entitled to access the property or vehicle. No exceptions.
Realistic arrival times
We tell you the honest ETA for Richmond and surrounding suburbs rather than a number designed to win the call.
Hardware you can service later
We fit lock brands that are available in Australia, so keys, cylinders and parts can be replaced by anyone.
