Exit doors and compliance
Exit doors must remain openable from inside without a key, a device or special knowledge. We will not fit hardware that defeats an egress path, even if requested.
Where a door is part of a fire-rated assembly, hardware must be compatible with that rating. If certification is needed, we tell you before quoting.
Owners corporations
For strata and common property, we work from a written instruction from the committee or manager, keep a record of key issue, and provide a key register you can audit.

- What is a restricted key system?
- A patented key profile that a cutter cannot legally or physically duplicate without authorisation from the registered key holder. It gives you control over how many keys exist.
- Can you work outside trading hours?
- Yes, by arrangement. After-hours work is quoted separately so you can compare it against a daytime booking.
