Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If something has gone wrong, we would rather hear it directly and fix it. This page sets out how that works and what to do if you are not satisfied with our answer.

Step 1 — Tell us
Call +61 3 7068 8739 or email admin@quickprolocksmiths.com with your invoice number, the date of the work and what has gone wrong. Photos help.
Step 2 — Our response
- We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day.
- We provide a substantive response, or a plan and timeframe, within 10 business days.
- Where we need to inspect, we arrange a time that suits you and do not charge a callout for the inspection.
Step 3 — Escalation
If we cannot resolve it, you can contact Consumer Affairs Victoria for advice and conciliation, or apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). For privacy complaints, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the relevant body.
Record keeping
We record every complaint, what was decided, and what we changed as a result. Complaint records are held under the same privacy terms as other customer information.
